To respond to an RFP sent through Bionic, you will need to log into Bionic Seller.
If you are new to Bionic:
- You will receive 2 emails. One is a welcome email from a member of our Client Success Team with a link to login and contact information for our support team. The other email (from Bionic Customer Support) will have your login credentials. If you have not already received your credentials please click here to fill out the form to request them.
Setups are done during normal business hours – Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm Eastern Time.
- Follow the steps listed in your welcome email to get to our login page. It will look like this:
- Enter the Email and Password provided to you by the Client Success Team.
