Bionic is starting a pilot program to provide support via Chat.  This will give you an opportunity to work with our support team in real-time, right from Bionic.

We will provide chat support during our normal support hours - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Time.  Phone and email support will continue to be available.

Want to give it a try?

Just click on the Chat With Us box in the lower right corner of Bionic.


Then start typing and press Start Chatting.


Remember, this is a pilot program and we ask for your patience as we work out any kinks that come along.  Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!
