How can I resize my IO export to be readable when printing?

When printing an IO Schedule export it can be difficult to read, this is due to the columns shrinking down to a size where they can all fit on one page. The good news is there are a couple of changes you can make to the Excel spreadsheet and print settings to make the IOs readable when printing. 

In Excel:

1. Manually delete any columns that you don't need or where data has not been entered
2. Resize columns to shrink or expand where needed

Print option settings:

• Use Narrow Margins
• Select to Fit All Columns on One Page
