If you do not see a data source you need, just let us know and we will activate it for you. Simply contact Bionic Customer Support at support@bionic-ads.com with the following information:
- Name of Data Source
- Metrics provided by the data source
- A sample report from the data source
In order to establish an integration with a source, the report will need to include a date column as well as a column for a unique placement ID. While reports differ from source to source here is an example of a generally acceptable format:
Date |
Placement Name |
Placement Id |
Metric 1 |
Metric 2 |
Metric 3 |
… |
Metric n |
10/19/2017 |
this is the placement name|BA:87896 |
123456 |
494 |
111 |
201.2 |
… |
346 |
10/19/2017 |
this is the second placement name|BA:44456 |
234223 |
203 |
4587 |
4478.7 |
… |
877 |
- In your source, "Placement" may be titled differently such as "campaign" or something else.
- The BA:<id number> (eg. BA:44456) is optional, this represents the Bionic ID so it will not be found within your initial report, but once your source is set up if it is present in the name field we will auto detect it and auto link that source line to the specific Bionic placement.
