PowerPoint export improvements

The Media Plan PowerPoint export has been improved to support recent Bionic system features and provide additional flexibility for media planners.

Here is a summary of the improvements made:

Support wide screen presentation

Now uses 16:9 aspect ration for improved on-screen presentations.

Added support for flighting

Recently added system support for flighting is now represented in the export.

Added custom column allocation charts

Export has been updated to reflect the current version of allocation charts, including representation of custom columns.

Added Additional Costs column

Export has been updated to reflect the Additional Cost column of the media plan throughout the export.

Display charts in PowerPoint native format

Charts, previously presented as images, are now exported into a native format.  This allows for unlimited customization of the charts, including chart type, labels, colors, and much more.
