Change is hard for everyone - we get that! Think of us as your partner - an extension of your team that are experts in all things Bionic. Although you can be successful using Bionic without us, we can provide learning, quick answers to questions, personalized recommendations for your specific needs, and more, resulting in your your team getting up and running much faster and with confidence.
We've outlined some recommended communications and trainings below. You certainly may not need them all, but they are available if you do.
Kick Off Call (15 minutes)
You signed up for Bionic for a reason - The more we understand about your objectives, the better we can help you achieve them. Let's chat about what you want to get out of Bionic and come up with a plan to get you there.
IMPORTANT: There is a lot to think about and coordinate when getting your company using Bionic. We have provided a list of things that to keep in mind to guide you through the process. We are more than happy to help you through any of these.
Initial Training (1 hour)
Recommended for anyone working in the Media Plan
The initial training will focus on helping users understand how to enter media plans, export client presentations & IOs, and work with flowcharts and allocation charts. There are a couple of options:
- Setup a training right out of the gate and then users can the use our recommended media planning learning path to practice with (highly recommended for companies with 5 or more users)
- Use the recommended media planning learning path first, then come to the training and dig in deeper with specific questions (this is a great option for those who just like to try things out for themselves)
Reporting Training (15 - 30 minutes)
Recommended for anyone doing reporting
This session will discuss customizing flowcharts, allocations, and looking at data rolled up at the Advertiser and Organization levels. This may not be necessary for all organizations, but is offered for those who need to dig in further.
Users can also utilize the learning path for reporting
Performance Data Training (30 - 45 minutes)
Recommended for anyone analyzing performance data (if your organization is utilizing the integrations)
This session will introduce the Performance module of Bionic and demonstrate how to monitor performance and generate reports.
Integrating with your performance does require some setup. We have instructions for setups and a recommended learning path for this too.
Q&A Sessions (30 minutes - 1 hour)
We highly recommend at least 1 Q&A session. Once users have gotten a feel for Bionic, there are often a lot of questions about how to do specific functions, get particular outputs, or achieve something specific to your company. These sessions are a great way to get these questions answered. It can also help you to identify areas for new workflows and processes to create efficiencies within your organization.
