Managing Views of Agency Teams in Bionic for Advertisers

The Agency Teams tab provides a number of options to make managing your teams easier.

Follow / Unfollow Teams

You can use Follow to tag Teams you typically focus on.  You will always have the ability to look at everything, but following specific teams offer quick filtering to focus on what's important to you.

Follow Teams

To follow specific Teams, select the check box next to each team name

Press the Follow button


Unfollow Teams

If you no longer want to follow a specific Agency Team, select a team you are currently following

Press the Unfollow button



Rename Agency Team

If the default Agency Team name doesn't work for you, you can change it to better meet your needs.

Start by clicking through on the Agency Team Name you wish to change


Edit on the icon to edit the Agency Team Name, or click on the Settings tab


 Change the name as desired


Repeat as needed for each Agency Team Name


Filter View

You can filter your Agency Team view by using the Search bar, based on whether you are following the team or not, or to teams pending budget approvals.


Enter part of an agency team name to limit the results displayed


Filter By Following / Not Followed

To limit the Agency Team list based on whether or not you are following it, use the All Agencies drop-down menu and select the desired filter


Press Apply to update the list



Filter By Budget

You may also filter based on budget statuses of Pending Approval or Authorized.

From the All Budgets drop-down menu, select the appropriate option.


Press Apply to update the list.



There may be times you need to utilize this data outside of Bionic.  We provide you the ability to export this summary data into an Excel spreadsheet.

Apply any applicable filters - the download will only include what's on screen.

Press the Download button.


An Excel document will open with the applicable team data.
