Which Campaigns Is A Vendor Part Of?

You may want to see what campaigns a particular vendor has been included in and how much you have spent with them. The Campaigns tab of the Vendor view will display each Campaign, the number of placements, and total of spend for each.

If you are at the Organization level, as shown above, it's a complete list of every campaign where this vendor has been included in a media plan. When looking at the Advertiser level, it will be filtered to that advertiser.

Campaign Name - The name of the campaigns this vendor has been included in

Image - The image will represent the campaign image, if present.

ID - This is a unique ID for this campaign.

Start Date & End Date - Start & end dates set for the campaign

Lines - The number of lines where this vendor has been included.

Planned - The total amount of spend planned for this vendor.

 

Filtering The Campaigns View

If this is a vendor you use frequently, you may have a long list of campaigns. You can adjust the view presented by searching and adjusting filters.

Searching For A Campaign

If you know at least part of the campaign you are looking for, you can search for keywords in the search box.

Simply start typing the campaign name or keywords in the search box. The view will automatically filter to display matching results.

Follow Or Unfollow Campaigns

Bionic enables you to Follow campaigns you are interested in keeping focus on, and Unfollowing those no longer of interest. By identifying those you want to follow, it will make it easy to filter down to campaigns you really care about.

To follow a campaign, place a check next to the campaign(s) you want to follow.

Press the Follow button.

A star will display next to campaign you are following.

If a campaign is no longer applicable to you (it's done or you've changed teams, for example), you can unfollow it to remove it from filtered views.

To unfollow a campaign, place a check next to the campaign(s) you want to unfollow.

Filtering Results To Campaigns You Follow (or Not)

The Follow filter enables you to search based on whether you are following a campaign or not. Or you can look at all campaigns (default).

Press Apply to apply the filter.

The view will update to reflect the filter set.

 

Filter by Advertiser

You may only want to see data for a specific advertiser. You can use the Advertiser filter to limit the view to display 1 or more specific advertisers.

Use the Advertiser filter to select the advertisers you want to look at.

Use the search to narrow down the list by name.

Place a check next to the Advertiser(s) you want to view.

Press Apply to update the view.

Filter by Campaign

You may only want to see data for a specific campaign. You can use the Campaign filter to limit the view to display 1 or more specific campaigns.

Use the Campaign filter to select the campaigns you want to look at.
