The Message Center will enable you to access all conversations that you have permission to see. Within the Message Center you can adjust filters in your view to control which conversation you see right now. You can also make adjustments to your preferences for individual conversations.

Accessing Conversations Related To A Specific Item
Let's say you are working in a Program, RFP, or Proposal and you want to see all of the conversations related to it. First, you will need to be in that Program, RFP, or Proposal.
If there are any conversations related to it, there will be a button that indicates conversations exist.
By clicking on this button, it will open a filtered view in the Message Center that displays all conversations related to that item.
Alternatively, you can use controls in the Message Center to filter by item.
By selecting one or more items to filter by, then pressing Apply, you list of conversations will filter accordingly.
Searching For Conversations
If you looking for a specific conversation, you can search for it by Subject. This can be used in a filtered view, or you can unfilter to search all conversations you have access to.
Simply enter the subject content you want to search on in the search box.
Accessing Unread Messages
Unread messages related to conversations you are following will often be the default view. These will be the conversations that matter most to you - they were initiated by you, you were added to, or opted to follow. This reduces the list of what could become hundreds (or more) conversations.
In the Conversation panel there is an indicator toggle icon to flip between unread and all messages.
When the indicator is orange, conversations are being filtered to look for unread messages only.
You can click on the icon to remove the filter and see all messages.
Filter Based on Followed / Unfollowed
As noted above, many default views will filter conversation based to only look at conversations you are following. If you need to access conversations that you are not following, you can easily turn off this filter.
In the Conversation panel there is an indicator toggle icon to flip between Following and all messages.
When the indicator is orange, conversations are being filtered to look for conversations you following only.
Click the icon off to see all conversations.
Follow / Unfollow Conversations
When you are following conversations, you will receive notifications when new messages are available, and they will show up in default views. By default, you will be following any conversation you initiate. Or, if you get added as a recipient, it will automatically set it to Follow.
If you want to follow a conversation that you weren't added to, you can opt to follow it.
Click on the conversation to view it.
Click the "Following" indicator icon to follow it.
For conversations you no longer want to follow (you don't want notifications or it's old and you want to remove from you Following view), you can toggle the same icon to set it to Unfollow.
Adjust Sound Notification
By default, when you receive a new message a sound will alert you (in addition to the visual alert). You can toggle audio on and off as desired in the black stripe.
